We believe in transparency. Please review the following policies before your project begins — they apply to all residential and commercial work.

01 Payment

50% Deposit Required

All projects require a 50% deposit before any fabrication begins or materials are ordered. This deposit confirms your order and allows us to reserve time in our production schedule for your job.

The remaining 50% balance is due in full upon project completion and prior to installation. We will not schedule an installation date until the deposit has been received and confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or cutting has begun.
02 Payment

Credit Card Processing Fee

Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a processing fee at the time of transaction. This fee is passed directly from our payment processor and is not retained by Bernar Glass Inc.

To avoid this fee entirely, we gladly accept payment by cash or check at no additional charge. Please plan your preferred payment method in advance of your project's completion date.

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Card fee applies at checkout.
03 Installation

Measurements Before Installation

All measurements must be taken and confirmed on-site by a Bernar Glass Inc technician before any installation can be scheduled. Glass is custom-fabricated to exact dimensions — once cutting begins, changes cannot be made.

A site visit for measurements is required prior to fabrication. Bernar Glass Inc is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from measurements provided by third parties or clients.

Custom glass cannot be returned or exchanged once fabricated. Measure twice, cut once.
